Update the True Self Psychotherapy website with a fresh look and additional information for potential clients. Use SEO tools to increase website traffic and google ranking. 

Website Build Specs

Home - The home page will tell potential clients how your services can help them achieve their goals. It is an introduction page that should be client-centric, so that they want to read more about what you have to offer them.

 

Therapists - This is the about page that will feature you, and in the future any other therapists that work with you. 

​

Services - This page can describe the different modalities you use, what the client can expect from a session, and how your specialties help your clients. 

​

Contact - This page will include a contact form that potential clients can fill out. This form will give you better information when you reach out to potential clients and will be connected to your email, so that you will be notified immediately when someone submits the form. 

​

FAQ - This page will include technical questions that potential clients may have. Including cost per session, insurances that you take, what a telehealth session looks like, cancellation policy, etc. This will help potential clients understand the basics of doing business with you. 

​

Blog - This section contains 2 page builds - the blog menu, which shows the different articles you have posted with an excerpt that readers can click through to read more, and the actual article page itself.

SEO - Extensive search engine optimization throughout site to increase rankings in google searches.

Logo Design - Update the three trees logo for True Self with a professional look that can be used in perpetuity. 

 

Google Ads Campaign -  Setup ad campaigns for google searches in order to reach a larger audience and target potential clients. 

Workflow

Preliminary Design:

I'll provide you with 3 different design options of the Home page. You choose the one you like, and the rest of the site will be be designed similarly. I will share design updates at regular intervals for feedback.

Each page can have 3 rounds of feedback, so we can work together to make it fit your needs.

​

Photographs, Written Copy and Additional Content:

During the design process I will use stock photos where applicable and photos from the old website. Any new photos, videos, or content provided by the client will be applied during feedback revisions. Placeholder text will be used where needed until client provides relevant written content.

Additional Specs:

Any additional modifications not listed in this proposal can be discussed on an as-needed basis and added to the project at any time, with fees for extra services agreed upon and added to the final payment of the project.

Finalizing Design:

When the design for each page has been approved, and all final changes are made to the site, you will do a final review of the site before designer will launch live website. 

​

Launching Website:

To launch the new website I will need to connect the client's payment to the Wix server for the monthly fee for website hosting, to be paid directly to Wix. The monthly fee for a Wix site will be between $29-$38, depending on the features in the final build. Then I will need the login information for your domain name server, so that I can redirect your domain to the new website. Within 24 hours of connecting your Wix site to your domain name, your site will be live.

Fee Summary

Website Design & Setup:

  • 7 pages: Home, Therapists, Services, Contact, FAQ, Blog Menu, Blog Page

  • Customized design website interface - layout, colors, and fonts, video and images

  • Expanded SEO using Wix protocols

Price per page: $300​

Total website: $2100

Basic Logo Design:

  • Client is provided 3 logo options to choose from, and can make 2 additional revisions to the chosen option to make the final logo.

  • If the client wants additional logo work beyond this it will be billed separately and fees will be discussed before expanding the project.

Explanation of Fees

Adding content and images, working on layout, making everything look and perform smoothly takes a high attention to detail. I estimate that each page on a website takes approximately 8 hours to reach the final design. My hourly rate is $40, so my usual price per page is $320. At my standard rate the price for True Self Psychotherapy site would be $2240.

​

Because True Self Psychotherapy is woman-owned business that helps people, I'd like to extend my support with a small discount of $20 off per page. This is the price listed above, which is a savings of $140. I have also extended this discount to the basic logo design.

Fee Schedule

If True Self Psychotherapy wishes CJCreativ to go forward with the project, the fee schedule is as follows:

  • 50% due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences

  • 25% due upon delivering the completed design for all pages

  • Final 25% plus any incurred additional hourly fees upon completion of website build.

  • CJCreativ will launch website upon receipt of final payment. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Once project fee is paid in full to CJCreativ any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to client for inclusion in website are owned by client.

  • CJCreativ assumes client has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by client for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend CJCreativ from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

  • CJCreativ retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.

  • CJCreativ also retains the right to place a discreet text link at the bottom of the website page(s), crediting CJCreativ as web designer.

  • The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between client and CJCreativ regarding all items included in this agreement.

Calm Lake

Google Advertising:

  •  PPC (pay per click) and Smart Search Campaigns are good options for small businesses. All Google Ad options work within every budget. What you're willing to pay per ad campaign drives the length and parameters of the advertising.

  • I charge my hourly rate of $40/hr for ongoing marketing services. 

  • We can discuss these services once the new website is launched.

​

Maintenance & Updates:

  • I would be happy to continue any ongoing services True Self Psychotherapy  needs for their website.

  • For occasional maintenance service requests I charge my same hourly rate, $40, with a 2-Hour minimum.

To proceed with this project:

  • Accept the proposal "as is" or discuss desired changes to the contract.

  • I'll email you a final contract to get a digital signature.

  • Sign contract & submit initial payment of 50% of total project fee.
